| Looking for a full time physical therapist to work at our Littleton, Colorado location. Hours and days are somewhat flexible, M-F with possibility of Saturdays. Functional Performance Physical Therapy Center is Functional Performance Center is a local, privately owned outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice that aims to create a positive patient experience from the first point of contact to the final discharge appointment. At FPC we believe in a patient centered care approach to wellness and understand that it takes our entire team to ensure the success of achieving each patient’s treatment goals. Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires. Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work autonomously. |
Requirements
Master's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
Current Colorado license (or provisional license as allowable by the State Physical Therapy Practice Act) with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Physical Therapy required.
BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
Up to date vaccination and TB test
