Job responsibilities include:
- Provides the highest quality physical therapy care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results.
- Determines physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with our health care community.
- Performs advanced orthopedic manipulative therapies, exercise, patient education, and modalities as necessary to promote a movement rich lifestyle.
- Evaluates and documents patient’s progress, modifying treatment plans, and re-appraising the plan of care if required.
- Supervises clinical support staff to improve operations and employee engagement.
- Documents patient care services by charting in the electronic health record.
- Participate, market, and educate our community partners with regular participation in community outreach initiatives.
- Regularly assist with content development and programming to advance public awareness of the benefits of orthopedic manual physical therapy.
Requirements
Education and experience requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Demonstrate a passion towards the profession and clinical excellence
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- New graduates encouraged to apply
