The Clinical Supervisor, is a licensed physical or occupational therapist who reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and is responsible and accountable for assisting with the planning, organizing, developing, and directing of the daily operations of the physical therapy and occupational departments.

Fully accredited by The Joint Commission, Los Robles has the only Level II Trauma Center in Eastern Ventura County and the only Emergency room in both Los Angeles and Ventura Counties with the coveted EDAP (Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics) rating. Requirements

Current Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license in the state of California.

Certification by the NBCOT (for a licensed occupational therapist only)

Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) card.

Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or graduate of a school of Occupational Therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Minimum of at least 5 years experience as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist required.

Demonstrates strong leadership aptitude; clinical competency, and excellent organizational skills.

Supervisory experience preferred.
