What You'll Do
- Lead and support PT, OT, and Speech Therapy teams
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and employee engagement
- Drive operational performance, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with providers, clinical leaders, and community stakeholders
- Manage staffing, budgeting, productivity, and service delivery goals
- Support strategic growth and innovation across rehabilitation services
What We're Looking For
- Three years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or SpeechLanguage Pathology required and experience in a hospital setting preferred. Leadership experience preferred.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary therapy programs strongly preferred
- Strong communication, team-building, and operational management skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and positive employee experiences
- Licensure and qualifications consistent with rehabilitation leadership responsibilities
