FIRST-LOOK:

We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist that wants to become part of something much bigger than themselves. Live Athletics has grown exponentially in recent years, and we’ve made it our responsibility to provide our clients with the very best in healing. We pride ourselves in bringing innovative, progressive concepts that have been proven to work. Further, we are always open to implementing new medical strategies and technologies if we think they will have a positive impact on our clients lives.

We integrate these concepts into an energetic, fun sports-medicine environment. Our team is driven, and wants the best for themselves, the clients, and our company. Positive energy and a growth mindset are critical to our culture. Our PT floor consists of intensive healing; it also consists of friendly conversation and jokes amongst both clients and employees. We are looking for a fun-spirited individual who will bring passion and work ethic to our clinic. We want someone with intentions of improving their skillset and their development as a human being, Inevitably, earnings will also be escalating as our company continues to bring in more clients and focus on expansion.

CLIENTELLE:

Regarding clientele, it does consist of mostly young athletes; however, we help professional athletes as well. We do focus on sports medicine, but we are by no means limited to the field. We open our doors to anyone in need of healing. Our Therapist are responsible for making sure we educate our services as well. Each employee will have opportunities to sell retail, private-training, membership packages, and all other products/merchandise correlated with Live Athletics. There are opportunities for additional earnings by having success in sales here.

DRESS CODE:

I was always told I would never make it in this field wearing athletic clothing at work. I now pride my company and its success by doing exactly what they said I couldn’t do. We are currently sponsored by Nike and wear their apparel.

We dress in comfortable, athletic clothing to work every day. You will be given a black shirt, but expected to provide black athletic pants/joggers/shorts/tights etc.

SUMMARY:

Overall, our team of therapist will develop your abilities quickly; you will become a phenomenal PT in minimal time. Further, we offer very competitive pay. This holds true even for our beautiful area of Westlake Village, which resides a short drive from various beaches in Southern California. That said, our core requirements consist of the positive, driven mindset that you must bring to work on a daily basis.
