Seattle’s Elite Physical Therapy has an opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join our passionate and caring team. We treat patients one-on-one to ensure a better patient-PT experience with the ability to achieve faster results. We are seeking a skilled physical therapist with one or more of the following specialties: Hand Therapy, Manual Therapy, Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation. We are looking for dedicated care providers who value continued education and skill-building, while demonstrating empathy, excellent communication, and an ability to interact well with a diverse patient population.

We offer flexible options for a work schedule with a competitive salary, benefits package with paid vacation and holidays, as well as continuing education package. This position can either be part-time or full-time depending on the applicant's availability. Compensation is dependent on experience and full-time/part-time status. Part-time position would be $40,000-$65,000 (depending on schedule and experience) and full-time would be $75,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and skill set.

Seattle’s Elite Physical Therapy is a PT-owned clinic located in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle and many of our patients live nearby. As a neighborhood clinic with an large open floor for gym space, a private treatment room, and a qualified front desk support staff, we draw in a patient population with various goals and activity levels. We strive to provide the best possible care for each patient and are looking to expand the services we offer to best serve the Queen Anne community.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sound judgement and safety while interacting with patients and co-workers
• Evaluate patients with neuromuscular disorders then develop and follow an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• Continue one-on-one treatment for each patient through their entire plan of care, until discharge criteria is met
• Document each patient session and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
• Highlight communication skills when explaining evaluation, treatment, plan of care and interventions to patients.

Requirements

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
• Valid WA state license to practice physical therapy
