What is expected?
- To effectively evaluate, assess and diagnose the movement dysfunctions of patients
- To establish effective treatment plans
- To accurately bill and document in a timely manner
- To manage a treatment team (PTA and Aid) and non-clinical team members.
- To Manage by Statistics the clinic location.
- To promote and participate in the company mentorship program and personal enhancement days for the clinical staff
- To participate in the interview process, onboarding process to get the right people in the right seats on the bus.
- To effectively educated the public via workshops, videos, and other valuable content
- To potentially grow into the role of Region Manager and Partner.
- To profitably grow and scale the clinic site by at least 20% this year by orchestrating the Clinical, Front Office and Marketing Teams.
- To ultimately help Body Balance Physical Therapy fulfill the vision of helping people in pain get back to normal and live their life to the fullest as measured by the number of Graduated Patients.

Requirements
Required to learn and grow. We are a growing outpatient private practice with 3 clinic locations. Our emphasis is outpatient orthopedic manual physical therapy. We specialize in shoulders, spine, hips and knees. We just opened our brand new clinic location on March 8, 2021. We have 7 full-time physical therapists, 2 full-time physical therapist assistants. We work in teams at each clinic location. We have new equipment and cutting edge high power class 4 lasers for each clinic location. Each clinic is in highly visible areas with great traffic count.
Our strengths include educating the community through workshops. We are strongly embracing direct to consumer marketing, past patient marketing which decreases our reliance on physician referrals. We have a high diverse range of patients coming into the clinic. We are a hands-on, therapist driven clinic. We have techs that help with cleanup, preparation, guarding and patient flow, but the therapist or assistant is with the patient for the duration of the treatment.
Our vision over the next 2 years includes adding 2 additional full-time clinicians at each clinic location. Also, we want to open additional clinics in the surrounding communities as part of our 3HAG. Our clinics are fun sized at around 2500 to 3000 square feet each. This allows for a better patient experience and better therapy.
We live in an area that is growing. The homes and lots are decent sizes. You can even live in the country. We have large store chains and restaurants. The high schools are good size with many extracurricular activities and events. There are sports programs and community college sports programs. It is a great place to raise a family. We have easy access to nature. The Snake River canyon is awesome. The Sawtooth Mountain Range is amazing. There are hiking, biking, and running trails along the canyon rim, rock climbing, mountain bike trails in the canyon, snowmobile trails, motorcycle trails. You can even BASE jump off the Perrine Bridge. The summers and winters are temperate which make outdoor activities very enjoyable.
