Company Overview
Rebound Physical Therapy is a well-respected, progressive therapist-owned practice with multiple clinics located throughout Central Oregon. Our practice specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine and spine care, and we are official PT providers for the US Ski and Snowboard Team. Our therapists have extensive experience and training in their respective areas of specialty.
Company History
Rebound was founded in 1995 by two entrepreneurs who had a passion for providing quality physical therapy services. Rebound has been at the forefront of physical therapy and sports performance ever since and today Rebound employs approximately 100 staff who contribute every day to the health and well-being of thousands of Central Oregonians.
Rebound is currently owned by Mike Tompkins, PT and Seth Ramsey, PT.
Our work environment embraces the authentic contribution and energetic vibe of each employee. It is by design that each of our clinics is decorated in bright colors to create a fun, caring, non-sterile, healing environment for our patients, customers and employees. Our patients come to us in pain and physical therapy can sometimes be viewed as a dreaded experience. We want our patients to enjoy their time with us as we motivate them to get healthy. Our culture can be defined as laid back and dynamic as we integrate the best healing practices with staff who are dedicated to positive outcomes.

At Rebound, we work informally and collaboratively. We don’t do busy work that doesn’t add to the patient experience. Our Vision is to create meaningful change in people’s lives by providing leadership in physical therapy in the communities we serve. When we say “people” we mean patients of course, but also physicians with whom we interact, our staff, and patients’ families, and the community.
