Company History
Southern Orthopedic Specialists P A has been in business for 13 years. We currently have 8 Orthopedic Surgeons & 1 Family Practice/Sports Medicine physicians on staff. Southern Orthopedic Specialists has it's own MRI & Physical/Occupational Therapy Dept. We have over 80 staff members.

Medical & Dental plans thru Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida
Medical-our physicians cover 85% of premium for one plan but you have 5 other options to choose from & employee pays the difference.
Dental is an employee expense
Supplemental benefits thru Colonial Life: STD, Cancer, Accident, Life all optional to employee
Vacation is accrued per pay period & you get 80 hrs of vacation leave, you max out at 160 hrs
Sick is accrued per pay period & you get 56 hrs of sick leave, you max out at 112 hrs
401k-Employee only contribution
Profit Sharing-3% of gross income
