Company Overview
ABA Physical Therapy Associates is a physical therapist owned and operated clinic that has been helping people since 1986. We are manual therapy specialists using a whole body Osteopathic treatment philosophy. Even though many of our therapists have 25+ years experience, we are continually learning and regularly sponsor courses at our clinic in San Mateo. We also provide physical therapy services at corporate locations in the Bay Area.
Company History
ABA Physical Therapy Associates was founded by Steven and Karen Anderson PT with Dr. William Anderson (a neurologist) and Dr. Gene Bruce (an orthopedist) who were looking for non-surgical treatment for their back and neck pain patients. After our physician partners left our clinic in the early 90's, Steve and Karen have continued to study the "whole body" philosophy of Osteopathic manual therapy and combine it with a physical therapist's knowledge of movement retraining. They have been in San Mateo since 1986.
