Active Motion is a Privately owned Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic and is the pride and joy of Derick Levy,PT. Located in the Cherry Creek/Glendale area in Metro Denver, we serve a wide area and patients are referred to us by over 300 Physicians. Our clients include Post surgical Orthopedic, MSK conditions, Seniors, Students, Neurological and very active weekend warriors! Some of our PT's have been involved with Operation Walk Denver and have served on mission trips to many Central American Counties. Operation Walk Denver is a volunteer organization that performs free Hip and Knee replacements, over 2000 to date!
Company History
Active Motion PT was formed in 2001 by Derick Levy,PT and had grown from a single PT to 4 FT and 3 part-time PT's.

Served the Denver Metro/Cherry Creek area for 21 years and enjoy a wonderful reputation as a leading Rehab facility.
