Benefits
At Addison County Home Health and Hospice, we are interested in finding the best and the brightest practitioners in all community health care fields of practice.
It is our belief that clinical practice in a community health setting is a scholarly endeavor. We believe there is merit in a practice which is derived from international standards of care and adheres to the concepts of the sciences from which we draw.
We believe it is our responsibility to offer each and every patient the very best of ourselves at all times. It is unimportant to us as clinicians whether a patient lives in an inconvenient location or has no means of paying for care.
Practice and Commitment
It is our practice and our commitment to the larger community to remain clinically involved with each patient until we feel the individual has returned to their most optimum level of health and functional status.
The turnover rate of our professional clinical staff is low. This is true because of the immense satisfaction to be derived from working with a strong team of people who share similar belief systems and a devotion to clinical excellence.
We respond to the needs of our staff in the same way we respond to the needs of our patients. It is our goal to work with clinicians who are happy in their workplace, who feel respected for their contributions and who are truly treasured for their uniqueness within our organization.
