Company Overview
We are a non-profit outpatient clinic providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy to McHenry County residents. Our physical therapists treat children and adults with a wide range of needs, including birth defects, developmental delays, pain, post surgery, sports injuries and physical impairments associated with the aging process. ACTS therapists work in a collaborative, team based environment with OTs and STs in our outpatient clinic. One- on- one treatment ensures quality patient care. Therapists who are currently employed by ACTS also work with physical therapy and PTA students/interns from various schools in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
Company History
In 1949, at the height of the polio epidemic, Dr. Bernard B. Neuchiller and Dr. John Tambone founded the McHenry County Easter Seals in Woodstock, IL to provide services to he disabled in the county. Today that same clinic is known as Adult and Child Therapy Services, a non-profit outpatient clinic providing physical, speech, and occupational therapy to men, women, and children of all ages and income levels in Northern Illinois. Our therapists provide over 3,000 hours of one-on-one therapy to over 300 individuals each year.

32-40 hours a week is considered full time.
Clinic is closed on weekends.
