All Health Physical Therapy, Inc is a private independently owned out patient physical therapy practice. Our motto is "Quality Care for Quality of Life" and as such we pride ourselves in meeting the needs of each individual with personalized PT services while maintaining the highest professional standards for our referral sources and patients alike.
Company History
All Health Physical Therapy, Inc was founded on September 13th, 2004. In 11 years we have grown to 4 employees and 4 contract positions. On November 1st 2009 we launched the All-Fit Wellness Center, which offers Yoga classes, massage and personal training alongside our Rehabilitation clinic.

We pride ourselves in .high quality patient care that is grounded in evidence based clinical expertise and best practice outcomes.We offer student mentorship, and we are a site placement for GSU Exercise Physiology Internships, PT internships from Mercer and Emory DPT programs and formerly from Mercer's Orthopedic Residency program.
