Her focus is building partnerships with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and hospitals to identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Leveraging two decades of relationship-building skills, Marci takes pride in understanding the nuances that foster successful healthcare teams. She has cultivated long-standing client relationships nationwide through her ability to match exceptional talent with organizational needs.
