Company Profile

Anchor Physical Therapy

Company Overview

Anchor Physical Therapy began in 2008 as a small, family-owned practice in Tacoma, Washington. While we have steadily grown in size since then, what we have not lost is the warm, friendly and personal relationships that exist between our staff and the patients we serve. We’re pretty convinced we have the best outpatient clinic to work for in Washington. Yes we offer an amazing salary and benefits. But here’s what makes us stand out even more. Our clinic owner and lead PT has been voted the top physical therapist in the South Sound since 2013 and has received multiple awards for clinic management. His top priorities of quality one-on-one patient care and happy employees make Anchor Physical Therapy a fun and rewarding place to be for both our staff and patients.

As a practice committed to helping patients heal and regain their freedom, we are always accepting resumes from those therapy and administrative staff who pride themselves on accepting new challenges and who have a strong desire to help others. Our staff must share our drive, compassion, and enthusiasm for helping the patients we serve.

He has been named one of the top physical therapists in the South Sound Region and has also received multiple awards for clinic management. Benefits

In addition to the standard employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave, etc) Anchor PT also offers generous sign-on bonuses, license and continuing ed reimbursement. Because we are a smaller privately-owned clinic, we are able to customize our benefits packages to suit the needs of each individual employee.
