Boston Sports Medicine

Company Overview

Boston Sports Medicine has created a wide array of themed clinics that all specialize in sports, dance, orthopedic, and post-surgical physical therapy. Like our staff, the clinics each have their unique character and center of excellence. That is best described on the location pages and photo gallery. We welcome people of all ages and levels of ability. Since 1999, we have provided exceptional physical therapy care to thousands in the Boston area community and from abroad. Our physical therapists have treated many competitive athletes including triathletes, marathon runners, football players, roller derby, dancers and more. We are a trusted member of the Boston Ballet Health Alliance.

Company History

Established in 2001, Boston Sports Medicine is a PT owned private practice with 10 offices in the Boston area with over 50 employees. Early in our history, we developed a reputation in aquatic therapy, dance rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, return to running, and custom orthotics. Today, we have centers of excellence in all of those areas and have built teams to sustain the programs. As we expanded and opened new facilities, we designed them for environmental wellness and function. Our Allston office is our Aquatic center. Our Brighton office is our outdoor adventure center. Our Wilmington office is our dance center. Each of our locations prioritize function, efficiency, and comfort in the workplace. Our Watertown office is our leisure location, with a pool table lounge and coffee bar for our staff. Our Swampscott office is our beach location one block from the sand and shore. Our South End office is our urban luxury location wedged between coffee shops, restaurants, and a beer garden. Prioritizing professional development, advanced clinical education, clinical affiliation, and on-site CEUs ensures that our facilities have social, intellectual, and occupational wellness. We will continue to grow locations and staff with this unique and successful business model.
