BSR Physical Therapy provides outpatient physical therapy to the Southern Ocean County community (New Jersey). We believe in a team approach committed to excellent patient care through evidence-based practice, and a strong therapeutic alliance.

Company History
In 2007 BSR Physical Therapy opened their first clinic in Barnegat, New Jersey. Practice owner, Ernie Gamble, set out to create a unique experience for patients suffering from musculoskeletal pain, weakness, or limited functional mobility. To better meet the needs of the Southern Ocean County community, in 2012 BSR opened its second clinic in Manahawkin. In 2025, BSR opened its third clinic in Little Egg Harbor. A fourth clinic, in Waretown, is set to open in the second half of 2025.
BSR Physical Therapy is expanding within Southern Ocean County so we can help more people. We are adding clinics and seeking growth-minded physical therapists to join our winning team.
The physical therapists at BSR are clinical experts with doctorate degrees, board certification, and advanced residency and fellowship training. At BSR we are committed to understanding our patient’s needs and using shared-decision making to develop a treatment plan that is aligned with our patient’s goals. Many patients receive physical therapy services in large busy clinics managed by multiple physical therapists without continuity of care. Research shows that this negatively impacts patient outcomes and satisfaction. BSR believes in a patient-centered approach that is respectful and responsive to individual patient preferences, needs, and values. Emphasis is placed on treatments that have been proven to be effective through clinical research. Our goal is to empower patients to actively manage their health without the need for more costly, invasive, and potentially harmful treatments.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
All physical therapists are APTA board-certified specialists or currently working towards board-certification in areas of orthopaedics, sports, or geriatrics.
