Centre for Neuro Skills (CNS) is a medical and rehabilitation program for individuals with acquired brain injuries. The program was founded in 1980, with four current locations: Bakersfield, CA; Encino, CA; Emeryville, CA and Dallas, TX. Our mission is to provide excellent medical treatment, rehabilitation and disease management for individuals with brain injury, while pursuing and advancing the best clinical treatment, education and research.
