Company Overview

Community Gatepath is a team of dedicated professionals and staff who share a commitment and connection to a meaningful mission – to enable children and adults with disabilities to achieve their full potential in health, work, school, home, and to live as fully integrated members of their community. Community Gatepath’s Early Intervention and Children’s Therapy program provides services and support for children with special needs and disabilties, ages birth to three, and their families. Our services are designed for family participation, providing families with hands-on approaches to intervention care they can use at home to continue developmental progress of their child. Our therapeutic team is comprised of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Early Childhood Special Educators, Marriage Family Therapists, Psychologists and Family Services Coordinators. We are growing and expanding our services and actively recruiting individuals to join our team who believe in the abilities of people with disabilities, demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude, and are engaged and innovative contributors.
