Headquartered in Toledo, OH, Concept Rehab provides interdisciplinary rehabilitation services to residents in long term care, assisted living, and home health. Company History
Concept Rehab, Inc. (CRI) was founded in 1984 by Joan Bayer, MA, PT. Since inception, CRI has been a privately held company solely owned and operated on all levels by experienced therapists. Concept Rehab employs more than 600 therapists, and has extensive experience working with all types of organizations ranging from government, non-profit, for-profit, and multi-facility chain companies.

Concept Rehab, Inc. offers a 401(k) Savings Plan. Employees may choose from pre-selected global portfolios or they may choose from numerous mutual funds to make up their own investment mix.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Concept Rehab’s PTO policy is designed to give employees flexibility in managing their time. The PTO policy provides employees with a bank of PTO days each year that employees accrue throughout the year based on years of experience and length of service to CRI.
