Company Overview
Carolina Rehabilitation, Inc. is physical therapist owned and managed outpatient physical therapy practice with six offices in Southeastern, North Carolina (near the beaches!) . We focus on meeting the needs of our patients and our clinicians. We're approaching two decades of history helping our communities.
What difference can a physical therapist owned practice mean to practicing physical therapists you might ask? One answer is unlike many of our competition practices, our employees lost no benefits or compensation during the Covid 19 pandemic. Yes we observed all the CDC recommended procedures for maintaining a healthy clinical environment and successfully remained open for our patients.
Our practice continues to grow. We need motivated individuals to grow with us. We support professional development and professional behaviors. We want to be associated with individuals who will treat our practice as your practice.
Our caseload spans the age spectrum from infants through geriatrics. All our patients are seen in free standing outpatient clinics or in school systems. Our therapists have varied interests and experiences and tend to be with us for many years. Our patients know we care about their successes.

Company History
Carolina Rehabilitation, Inc. began in 2001 as a single outpatient office in Wallace, NC. Our goal was to be responsive to the rehabilitation needs of our neighbors, our local employers and the medical community. We succeeded with our two person office and quickly grew. A school system was added as there were no providers who would assist with their students physical therapy needs. While our Wallace clinical location has moved to Beulaville, NC, we still provide PT services in the Duplin County Schools two decades later! The Duplin County Clinic now employs eight in our 3600 sq. foot clinic.
Other locations followed with clinics opening in Wilmington, Shallotte, Southport, Supply and Sunset Beach, NC. The youngest of these clinics now has a thirteen year history of community service. We hope to continue our growth with additional outpatient clinics.
Benefits
We offer a beneficial compensation plan with numerous benefits. We are small enough to offer variety to our employees benefit needs but large enough to be consistent in benefit availability. An example is our professional development/ Continuing education benefit. We provide one thousand dollars per employment year to participate in educational courses. In addition there are eight paid working days available to use the benefit. The benefit has been available consistently since our founding as we value professional currency.
