Empire Performance PT was opened in 2015 to provide the residents of Putnam County quality Physical Therapy services in an outpatient setting with the intent to transform people's lives by restoring and improving their motion, function and ultimately their quality of life. Our therapists use both a hands on and exercise based approach to work on mechanical problems and incorporate an education component to ensure positive outcomes. We are a private practice clinic providing personal service you might not find within a chain clinic or physician owned practice. We are conveniently located on route 6 in Carmel directly across from Lake Gleneida on the first floor under the daycare.

We have a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, surgical techniques, and post-operative programs, and thus, the clinical expertise to effectively manage injuries and musculoskeletal conditions, as well as instruct you in preventative techniques. Physical Therapy is cost-effective and will provide you with treatment in the short term and knowledge to achieve lifelong wellness. We work with your doctor and your insurance to allow you to concentrate on getting well. At Empire Performance PT we value the individual, not just a patient.
