Ernest Health owns and operates community-based acute rehabilitation and long-term acute care facilities in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. We are dedicated to providing high quality, cost-effective physical medicine and rehabilitation services to promote the recovery of individuals who have functional deficits resulting from injury or illness as well as those with chronic or complex medical conditions. We promote a healing and nurturing environment at each of our facilities, responding to the medical, physical, psychological and social needs of our patients.

Company History
January 2004, Ernest Health, Inc. was incorporated.
2005 Opened the following hospitals: Rehabilitation Hospital of Southern New Mexico, S. Texas Rehabilitation Hospital and N. Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital.
2006 Opened the following hospitals: N. Idaho Advanced Care Hospital, Laredo Specialty Hospital, Mt. Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, Mesquite Specialty Hospital and Utah Valley Specialty Hospital.
2007 Opened the following hospitals: Greenwood Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, Advanced Care Hospital of Southern New Mexico and N Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital.
2008 Opened the following hospitals: Elkhorn Valley Rehabilitation Hospital, Advanced Care Hospital of Montana and Southwest Idaho Advanced Care Hospital.
2010 Opened the following hospitals: Mesquite Rehabilitation Institute
