Franciscan St. Anthony Health Sports Medicine Institute (SMI) was created to provide athletes in Northwest Indiana the same level of professional care that is provided to college and professional athletes. SMI services include: Sports Performance, which provides strength and conditioning training and athletic movement to athletes of all levels and ages. and Sports Medicine services from our team of Physicians, Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers to provide first class care to injured athletes and to help athletes return to play at the top of their game.
