Company History
We are a private practice physical therapy clinic in business since May, 2000. We were called Southwest Sport & Spine Center, Inc. through May 2017 when we joined the FYZICAL Therapy and Balance franchise. We are still owners and operators of the business and now add vestibular therapy as one of our specialties.
