Golden Hills Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy and wellness organization that has been caring for patients in the San Jose and greater Silicon Valley area since 1992. We are a participating provider in Medicare and majority of the PPO plans in our market. Our therapists do their documentation on a convenient online EMR platform (WebPT).
