Company Overview
Gordon Physical Therapy prides itself on being patient centered and providing care in at atmosphere that is both professional and friendly. We value one on one interaction with patients and getting to know each patient as an individual. We also value an office culture that is supportive and friendly to staff as well as patients. We have had many patients return to us frequently through the years, as well as refer their family, friends, and colleagues. We also value staff participation in our local community and developing community partnerships. We are upbeat and energetic!
Our team includes physical and occupational therapists, as well as PTA's. Together, these therapists create a diverse and experienced team with a wide variety of specialties. Our patients are all scheduled with a consistent PT/PTA team so that care can be individualized and consistent.
Company History
Gordon Physical Therapy was started in 1984 and formerly operated under the name Center for Physical and Sports Therapy. One of the original partners in the company is Robert Gordon, PT. In 2007, Robert's son Luke joined the company as a DPT and partner. The name of the practice was changed shortly thereafter. The clinic has been operating at it's current location in Spokane Valley, WA, since 1992.
Benefits
Physical therapists may also earn an additional $200/month for meeting efficiency standards. CEU benefits are provided. A shared leave program is available.
Work scheduled are set to benefit the clinic, patients, and the therapist. Therapists are encouraged to develop specific areas of treatment interest expertise and to share this knowledge with staff.
