At Greenleaf Physical Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation, we have three locations in Lake County, IL to serve the patient to achieve their personal goals. Through evidence based practice, "hands on" methods and open communication with patient and physicians, we help achieve patient goals and objectives. We provide personalized treatment with one on one care with the therapist never passing patients to an aid or technician to maximize quality of care and produce the quickest and most successful outcomes.
Company History
Greenleaf Physical Therapy has been serving the Lake County Area for 17 years. Our facility in Gurnee started in 1995, Libertyville in 2001, and Round Lake in 2006.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
Staff certifications with McKenzie, Maitland, NDT, and TMR. Staff therapist also working on completing fellowship with Rosalyn Franklin University
