Company Overview
Since 1994, we have provided Physical Therapy, Occuptional Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology Services to our local communities in Missouri and Arizona. Using an "in-house" service delivery model, we feel that we provide the best one-to-one, DIRECT patient care to all individuals needing our services.
Company History
Health Facilities Rehabilitation Services was founded April 01, 1994. From small beginnings, Thomas Richey, President, has built a strong team of healthcare professionals that has an excellent reputation of providing quality therapeutic services in the states of Missouri and Arizona. At Health Facilities, individuals receive professional physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and industrial/sports medicine services. Our settings include skilled nursing facilities, out patient facilities, and home health.
