H&G Nursing Homes, Inc is the parent company comprised of 2 award winning Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facilities and one recently certified and quickly growing Home Health Agency. Adams County Manor and Morris Nursing Home have been highly rated and 5-Star awarded and in the business for over 30 years and we recently added Adams County Manor Home Health. Our Home Health client base is growing extremely quickly and we have all the hours employees can handle. We pay TOP dollar for them as well. We are a family owned and operated company that bring unique, personal values to our business and we settle for nothing less than providing the highest quality of care and life to our residents and clients.
Company History
H&G Nursing Homes was founded in 1982 by two attorneys looking for a business venture and started with Morris Nursing Home in rural southern ohio. After adding a larger facility, Adams County Manor in West Union in 1984 the company began to grow and our reputation for high quality care and personal touch began to develop. The first generation owners moved on and the company was handed down within the family. We continue to be family owned and operated and we have strengthened our reputation to provide the best care that can be found with the personal touch of feeling like you are at home. These values and beliefs are instilled into the employees that make this company thrive and our employees continue to be our biggest asset. Caring and Compassion are the most important qualities we look for in our staff and the residents and clients can feel that in their everyday interactions with our employees. With our reputation and history of excellence, we recently took our product of care to the Home based market and are now bringing the Best Care you can find straight into employees homes with Adams County Manor Home Health Care. We currently are servicing Adams and all the immediately surrounding counties with a hope to continue expanding this market.

Both facilities are 5-Star Rated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Both facilities have had multiple deficiency free Health and Life Safety Surveys in the last decade. Morris Nursing Home is listed as one of the Top 50 Nursing Homes in the State of Ohio by US News and World Reports. All companies have been honored by the former Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes (now Academy of Senior Health Sciences) for Excellence in our fields.
