401 K Plan
IncreMedical matches 15% of employees’ contributions up to 10% of
salary.
Continuing Education (CE)
IncreMedical focuses on providing employees with opportunities for
continued development and education. Continuing education benefits
include $1,200 annually. Receive up to 5 paid CE days each year.
Paid Holidays
6 paid holidays each year.
Personal Time Off (PTO)
Therapist accrue 4 weeks of PTO each year and Assistants accrue 3
weeks of PTO each year.
Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage
IncreMedical offers you two Anthem choices for your healthcare
coverage, dental coverage is through MetLife and Vision is a VSP
program. We pay half of your premium for your coverage. Details are
provided in new hire paperwork or upon request.
Short Term Disability
No cost to full time employees for benefit of 60% of salary beginning
on the 8th day of disability up to 26 weeks.
Long-Term Disability
No cost to full time employees for benefit of 60% of salary up to
$10,000 (begins 181st day of illness).
Life Insurance/ADD
No cost to employees for 1 x annual salary.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow participating employees to
use pre-tax earnings to pay for eligible, non-reimbursable health care
and dependent expenses.
