Innovate Physical & Occupational Therapy, PLLC is a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic private practice with two convenient locations in Sugar Land and Missouri City, Texas. We are dedicated to serving the rehabilitation needs of our local communities as well as the greater Houston area.
Our culture is built on providing exceptional, patient-centered care in a welcoming and supportive environment, while offering flexibility to meet each patient’s unique needs. We are committed to going above and beyond to help our patients achieve their goals.
Our Occupational Therapy department is led by two Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) who provide highly skilled, specialized care, including custom dynamic splinting and comprehensive hand therapy services. Our Physical Therapy department is staffed by fellowship-trained, manual therapy–certified clinicians who deliver advanced orthopedic care, incorporating treatments such as Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction training, therapeutic exercise, and return-to-sport rehabilitation.
