Company Overview
Mary Mertz Physical Therapy, P.C. is a PT owned pediatric therapy Company that started in the fall of 2012 with three school districts totaling about 15 students. Today, the same three school districts now total over 40 students. I have the opportunity to contract additional school districts but need more skilled therapists to make the growth successful.
Company History
I started working with one school district through a local out patient pediatric office. When health care reimbursements were initially reduced 30% in 2012, I branched away from the outpatient office and continued with the school district independently. I also contracted with the two other districts since their case loads were all small, totaling under 20 students. My company incorporated in 2014. Due to the continued steady growth of population in Riverside County, the case loads continue to grow on a weekly/monthly basis. I have recently been contacted by two other school districts interested in contracting with me.
Benefits
Non work days will include all school (bank) holidays and summer breaks (typically 3-4 weeks)
