Moving Forward Physical Therapy, Inc. was founded in 2014 by 3 physical therapists in Pennington Gap, VA following closure of hospital and rehab services in the community. Since opening the doors, Moving Forward Physical Therapy, Inc has seen significant growth serving the community and surrounding area. In 2022, Moving Forward will continue to move forward by expanding to a second location in Big Stone Gap, VA.
