Company Overview
Our mission at Northern Arizona Rehabilitation & Fitness, PC is to promote, enhance, and facilitate the quality of life and the recovery of normal movement for our patients through skilled therapeutic intervention. It is our responsibility to educate the patient, in the prevention of a recurrence of their symptoms and help them take control of their recovery. We are here to provide you, the therapist, with the highest quality health care facility in which to work with high-toned co-workers, financial stability and continual professional growth.
Company History
Northern Arizona Rehabilitation & Fitness is a locally owned clinic that was established by Tarrin Walz and Phil Sauer in September 2000. Starting with only 3 employees and a small medical suite, the practice has grown into a free standing clinic with 20+ employees. Tarrin credits the growth to the support he has received from clients and the community who have chosen NARF the best Physical Therapy provider in the Verde Valley the past 7 years in a row! The organization continues to give back to its community offering the best physical therapy services available, volunteering many hours to local charities, schools, and city/county programs.
The clinic itself offers over 8000 square feet of rehabilitation space and includes a full size heated pool, allowing us to serve a variety of clients. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday's from 7:00 a.m. to Noon offering all of our clients more convenient times for their visits.
The diversity of our clinical staff allows us to treat a large range of physical ailments, and we cater to clients of all ages. Areas of specialty include: sports/orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, neurological disorders, arthritis, and aquatic therapy. We offer both pre- and post-surgical education and treatment.
Each patient receives a personalized program that is developed by one of our highly trained therapists. We optimize healthcare by assigning a single therapist/tech team to each client, which gives them a chance to get to know the team that will be caring for them until the day of “graduation”. From start to finish, we offer a warm, friendly environment that is optimal to healing.
