Olympic Sports and Spine

Company Overview

Patients get better at Olympic Sports & Spine

Since 1984, Olympic Sports & Spine has been dedicated to clinical and service excellence, providing one-on-one physical, occupational, and massage therapy throughout the South Puget Sound.

Nothing matters more than results. And at OSS, the results are something to talk about. OSS's outcome and satisfaction scores exceed national and regional standards in every measured category.

Our one-on-one model means each and every patient receives the undivided attention of the best-qualified rehab professionals. It’s a difference that really matters.

One patient at a time. Unrivaled educational opportunities. A culture of learning. A place where patients come first. Olympic Sports & Spine offers a rare practice environment where employees thrive.

Company History

Olympic Sports & Spine Rehabilitation (OSSR) was founded in 1984. Owned and operated by local physical therapists from the beginning, the connection to our communities is both long-standing and multi-faceted. The same team that owned and operated OSSR now owns and operates OSS. OSS’s operations are indistinguishable from a nimble, responsive private practice, connected and committed to every OSS employee and patient.

In contrast to large, out-of-state corporate rehabilitation practices, OSS’s ownership and entire management team live here. Our homes are here. Our kids have gone to school here. We are involved in local sports leagues, teach at The University of Puget Sound, and support local charitable organizations that serve our communities. Most importantly, we are committed to being here. Our 300-plus employees call this area home and we embrace the obligation to provide them with the means and resources to thrive, and in turn, contribute in their own ways to our communities.

MultiCare shares this commitment. It has made its home here in the South Puget Sound since 1882! MultiCare is a not-for-profit healthcare organization that’s been caring for communities in Washington state since the founding of Tacoma’s first hospital about 140 years ago. With more than 20,000 team members, including employees, providers, and volunteers, it has grown into a comprehensive system of healthcare that serves patients from around the Pacific Northwest.
