Performance Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, Inc. is owned and operated by physical therapists Chris DiPasquale & Jim Ferland. Our practice is a general outpatient private practice specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine and hand therapy. Jim and Chris treat patients and operate the practice with the help of our staff of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. We are interested in sharing in the success of the practice and provide the opportunity for advancement. Our practice is client focused with 70% of our patients either returning or referred to us by a family member or friend. Up to 50% of our patients self-refer. Company History
Our Hebron office was opened in 1989 and the Colchester office opened in 1990. Each office has moved 3 times to larger space as our practice has grown.
