Crossroads Physical Therapy , LLC is a state-of-the-art outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Ellicott City, Maryland near Maryland Routes 29 and 108.
Our team of caring professionals (including 3 PTs) has years of experience in successfully treating and managing a wide variety of conditions for a diverse patient population. Our therapists are highly regarded in the medical area. We tailor each of our patient’s therapy programs to meet and exceed the goals they set. That, coupled with a great facility, superior equipment, and our one-on-one hands on treatment approach, we are able to cater to the needs of patients from all walks of life.
Crossroads Physical Therapy is a busy clinic with a friendly open gym-like environment for the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries.

Company History
Due to a change in ownership, Physical Therapy at Crossroads, LLC was established in April 2017. However, Jonathan Schiller has been providing comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services from the Crossroads Medical Building under a different company for the last 5 years. Before that, Jonathan Schiller provided physical therapy services to patients for the previous 12 years.
Malika Rasheed has been providing physical therapy services to patients for almost the last 25 years throughout the Baltimore Washington area.
Kristin Mende has been providing physical therapy services to patients for more than 13 years of clinical practice and 3 years experience in the academic setting.
