Company Overview
Our team of Physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and athletic trainers provide exceptional treatment for spine, sports and occupational injuries, as well as orthopedic and neurological disorders. We promote healing with a combination of hands on manual therapy, exercise, modalities and patient education.
We welcome walk-in patients and referrals from all sources.
We are Medicare Certified and accept all insurance plans including workers compensation, auto and major medical plans.
Company History
Physical Therapy was established in 1996.
Ham Lake Physical Therapy opened in 1997 and moved to a larger location in the spring of 2014.
St. Francis Physical Therapy opened in the fall of 1998 and moved to a larger location in the fall of 2015, we also proudly provide athletic training services to the athletes of St. Francis High School.
Andover Physical Therapy opened in the spring of 2000 and moved to a larger location in the fall of 2011.
Isanti Physical Therapy opened in the winter of 2003 and moved to a larger location in 2007.
North Branch Physical Therapy opened in the Spring of 2012.
And our newest clinic location, Zimmerman Physical Therapy opened winter of 2014.
Physical Therapy Consultants Inc. strives to provide our staff with the opportunity to keep their skills up to date by attending continuing education courses and encouraging their growth in areas of special interests.
