PPTS, the pioneer of private practice in Phoenix was incorporated in 1964 by a physical therapist. It continues to be owned and operated by physical therapists that live and work throughout the community. We are proud of being exceptional in what we do in the clinic and in our communities. Our name is on the door and our reputation matters to us. Local ownership, roots and commitment continue to drive PPTS.
We take pride in our community involvement. The value of our personal support for the community extends beyond the fun we and the communities have. Our community service promotes a better understanding of our profession to the public at large.
Our individual approach to our patients is what sets us apart. At PPTS, patient care is completely individualized. The initial comprehensive assessment provides the basis for establishing individual goals and a specific plan of care. Patients receive individual attention from the rehabilitation professional for the duration of their care. Therapists determine the time frames for their patient’s care, because they know the individual patient’s needs and goals.
This is not the least expensive way to do business. But it is in the best interest of the patients and in the best interest of our profession. Therapist beginning their careers or exploring new specializations can take the required time to understand what is happening with their patients, to explore treatment options and to consult with colleagues. Many levels of learning are facilitated by working with experienced and skilled clinicians. Company History
Physicians Physical Therapy Service has been serving the communities of the Greater Phoenix Valley since 1964. As one of the pioneers in physical therapy in Arizona, we have developed strong relationships with many of the top physicians in the Valley. Our dedicated, knowledgeable and caring staff has and will always put the patient first, while maintaining and developing a strong relationship with all our referring physicians.
As of 2010, Physicians Physical Therapy Service has 10 locations throughout the Phoenix Metro Valley. All of our clinics are physical therapist owned and operated. We remain one of the top providers of physical therapy service to the local community and are always seeking the best talent to maintain our edge. Our strong belief in developing, mentoring and leading our staff to the higher levels is a major part of our company’s philosophy, the best physical therapists provide the best care. We are committed to excellence in all aspects so as to remain a leader in the physical therapy industry here in Arizona.
