ProMotion Advanced Functional Rehab, LLC is a privately owned outpatient group with two clinics. We started in Stayton which is still considered our home base. Our second clinic is in Silverton. We strive to provide progressive excellent one-on-one care to our patients with quality communication and skills.
Company History
We were founded in March of 2005. We started out in Stayton with a small clinic of no greater than 800 square feet and went into a new space 2 years in of 3800 square feet. We have a fully innovative gym and physical therapy equipment that allows for one-on-one care and dedication to our craft; Physical Therapy. Our 2nd clinic was brought on board in 2017. It is in Silverton which is a focus to support our communities with utilization and support in outpatient and pelvic health care.
Benefits
We work with patients on an hour schedule. We have a PT aide to support cleaning rooms, setting-up, and transition phases for our patients and staff. We support our staff with funds for CEU growth and development.
