Company Overview
Dr. Vinod Somareddy graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical Center with his physical Therapy degree in 2001. In 2004, he opened his own outpatient physical therapy practice in Great Neck, NY. With over 10 years of experience in the physical therapy field, Vinod has guided the growth and development of Reddy-Care Physical Therapy. His long list of academic achievements include: extensive training in Strain Counterstrain, Mulligan Concept, Maitland Technique, Muscle Energy, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Sports Rehab and Functional Assessment, Manipulation/ Mobilization of the Spine, and Lymphatics. Aside from being a business owner, Vinod is also one of the eight board of trustee members in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Political Action Committee. In this role, Vinod has been an advocate for the improvement, promotion and progression of the physical therapy profession and the improvement of patient care.

Dr. Somareddy founded Reddy-Care Physical Therapy, PC as a private physical therapy practice to deliver physical therapy to our local community and physicians. He believes that a thorough evaluation, evidence-informed clinical decision making, and skill development are essential in creating successful physical therapy interventions.
Dr. Somareddy's belief in education and research contributes to further analysis and promotion of the profession, and creates a better environment for patient care. He understands that patient focused care and education are the key components to patient satisfaction.
