Company History
Rehab Carolina was founded in 2021, but our team has 30+ years experience specializing in Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Mark Rutledge (President) and David Seagle (Vice President) have served the Lowcountry community for several decades. and noticed the need for a small, locally-owned business that takes a more personalized approach to care and refocuses on the individual.
