Company Overview
RehabVisions staffs and manages therapy departments for hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies. Our home office is in Omaha, Nebraska, and we contract with facilities in 11 states including California, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas and Washington.
Through CORE, our new-employee mentoring program, new therapists are paired with more seasoned clinicians for a structured mentorship program customized for each mentee.
Company History
Founded by Physical Therapist Joel Larmore and his brother Rick in 1983, RehabVisions staffs and manages therapy departments for hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies. Joel remains the company’s CEO, and Rick serves as Chief Operating Officer. The majority of our management team are therapists themselves, and most have been with the company for more than 15 years. We pride ourselves on this relationship longevity, both with our employees and our clients; nearly 40 percent of our facilities have partnered with us for more than a decade.
