Company History
As user of temporary services for our previous businesses, we found that the market lacked what we were seeking as a buyer…quality, dependable personnel. After much deliberation and discussion with our senior management team, we determined that we could source and screen quality workers for production facilities, warehouses and manufacturer and provide outstanding services. In 2006, we formed Reliable Staffing Services. Today, we have expanded our services and added new locations throughout the Southern Ohio region.
Now as a provider of staffing services, we have found another void in the staffing service market. It has become clear that there is a need for a service that can recruit and screen the professional and executive. These types of positions would include, but not be limited to, those in the fields of medical, legal, financial and non profit. We will assist in securing employees from the Middle Manager to the Senior Executive.
RSS Professional researches to understand the needs of our Clients. We recognize our clients need more from a new team member than just a strong skill set. Experience, personality and commitment of the individual are vital to a lasting relationship in the union between the employee and employer.
RSS Professional will recruit, screen, interview, test (as needed), provide drug tests, conduct background checks and conduct reference checks.
