SouthCoast Health is a multi-specialty physician owned company located in beautiful Savannah, GA. SouthCoast was founded in 1996 by 22 providers and 80 support staff. As we continue to grow, today we have 125 providers and 500 support staff. We are always looking to ensure patients have the highest quality care provided to them and measure their health success by several quality measures we have instituted. We are proud to be NCQA and PCMH accredited for the past several years. SouthCoast also became the first ACO in the Southeast region in 2014.
