Company Overview

Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS) is a private nonprofit university in Whittier, California seeking a dynamic team player to join our developing Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program as a full-time core faculty member. SCUHS aims to transform and redefine health and healthcare education through its values of Integrative Holistic Health, Evidence Based Practice, Health Equity, and Inclusivity. The DPT program’s mission is to develop competent, caring, professional Doctors of Physical Therapy who will thrive as part of an integrative healthcare team within a learning environment focused on equity and imbued with kindness, integrity, and determination. Other program attributes include development of an innovative Clinical Framework for Learning© to integrate didactic and clinical teaching. Didactic teaching will be delivered primarily through synchronous virtual platforms with on-site in person laboratories delivered weekly for clinical application.
