Sport & Spine Physical Therapy, Inc. opened its doors in January 2004 as a result of Dr. Christopher Campbell’s vision of creating a physical therapy practice that provides highly individualized patient treatment in a caring setting that focuses on getting results.
Our primary goal for our patients at Sport & Spine Physical Therapy, Inc. is to relieve pain, improve movement, and restore functioning. Our secondary goal is to provide preventative healthcare in order to reduce the patient’s risk of re-injury.
We have two outpatient clinics, one in downtown Portsmouth and one in Newington, NH.
Company History
Sport & Spine Physical Therapy, Inc. opened the doors of its Portsmouth office in January of 2004. We opened a second clinic 4 years later in Newington.
