Company History
Idaho's largest healthcare system and the state's first and only hospital dedicated solely to rehabilitative medicine joined forces to create St. Luke's - Elks Rehab in the mid 1990's. Our reach of outpatient clinics now spans all of Southwest and Central Idaho. We have the largest number of specialty trained therapists and most comprehensive services in the region.
